YOUNG MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTISTS FORUM (YMLSF) SOUTHWEST PAYS SOLIDARITY VISIT TO HON. KEVIN SOLOMON OLAOLU, DISCUSSES PARTNERSHIPS ON STUDENT WELFARE AND HEALTHCARE

Hon. Kevin Solomon Olaolu, Senior Special Assistant Students Affairs Ondo State Governor, received a delegation from the Young Medical Laboratory Scientists’ Forum (YMLSF) Southwest in a solidarity visit at his office. The visit aimed to congratulate the SSA on his recent appointment and explore areas of collaboration that will benefit both the youth, students and the healthcare sector in Ondo State.

The YMLSF team, led by the National Vice President (Southwest) MLS Joshua Oyekan, expressed their admiration for Hon. KSO’s commitment to student welfare and his forward-thinking approach. They particularly commended his decision to appoint a medical laboratory scientist as his Executive Assistant, reflecting his belief in the value of young professionals in the medical field.

The YMLSF and the SSA explored potential collaborative efforts that would positively impact both students and the healthcare system in Ondo State.

Hon. Kevin appreciated the visit of YMLSF South West to his office and also reiterated his dedication and support for the forum especially capacity-building initiatives for young medical laboratory professionals that we benefit the students.

The visit was a resounding success, marking the beginning of a strong and mutually beneficial relationship between YMLSF Southwest and the office of the SSA to the Governor on Student Affairs. Both parties are eager to implement the discussed initiatives, which will contribute to improving the welfare of students and the healthcare system in Ondo State.
