It was a great wonder on Monday 19th August 2019 at No. 2 Pemisire street along ijoka road Akure as children ran away from their father’s burial on the seventh day that was scheduled for the final burial rites.

One of the family members who spoke with our correspondence in Akure said Mr Kolawole Obatola was the head of OGBONI FRATERNITY in Ondo state. Nigeria. According to a source, he explained that any member of the fraternity that is dead must be buried by the members of the OGBONI FRATERNITY and some parts of the dead person like heart and liver will be removed and the first son of the deceased must be the one to replace and will be compelled by the fraternity to eat the removed parts of the dead. As their culture Ogboni fraternity refused to release the dead body of the family.

The children have been notified about what will happened on their father burial day as the OGBONI FRATERNITY will be the one to control all the burial rites for their father and that all the children must be present, especially the first son for initiations as a replacement for the late father by the OGBONI FRATERNITY, in other to avoid this all the children escape for their lives.

Names of the children are Kolawole oluwafemi, Kolawole Fredrick, Kolawole damilola, Kolawole Gbenga, the first son who is the major target has left the country for years while waiting for him to return for initiation, all the other children have ran away from Akure to unknown destinations as almost all of them practice Christian religion
