Self-acclaimed relationship expert, Blessing Okoro, aka Blessing CEO, has said that contrary to a general opinion, women actually prefer love to money.
Speaking during a TV show, she said, “I always tell the men that come to my office for therapy that the way they start a relationship with a woman matters a lot.
“There are some men that, when they meet you for the first time, they start by buying you Ferrari, Bugatti, Fendi; but when the money is no longer there, it becomes a problem.
“If you are a wealthy man, I would say you should start small by buying the woman normal shoes instead of high end designer items. Then, as the relationship evolves, you begin to step up your game. Don’t take a woman up and bring her down. Rather, you should start slowly. It is a step at a time.
“It is only men who just want to sleep with a woman that would be spending lavishly on her without asking any questions. There are always ups and downs. Even the sugar daddy you are following, his wife is going through a lot. He only appears when he has money; but when he is broke, it is his wife who shoulders him and covers him.
“There is a woman out there that is bringing out the best in the man you are desiring.”
Okoro also claimed that the wives of many rich men in Lagos were cheating on their husbands with younger men, because their husbands usually do not have time for them.
She said, “Women don’t like money, they like (prefer) love. Give a woman you love money, and she will give it to a man who will show her love. In Lagos, almost all the rich men’s wives are dating small boys; why? The small boys are the ones who will take time to massage their bodies, and make love to them.”
