This evening I attended my unit meeting at Agesin/L. A. School Polling Unit 002 in Ifira-Akoko Ward 3 of Akoko South East Local Government to galvanize grassroots support for the re-election of our performing Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa in next week’s governorship elections.
The turnout of eligible voters who are APC staunch supporters at the meeting was massive and the atmosphere was carnival-like. I sensitized the people that for next Saturday’s governorship election, every registered member of the party is a canvasser to ensure total victory for the party in the all-important election. I thanked members for their staunch support over the years and for their unyielding belief in our leadership.
The people expressed their readiness to vote Governor Aiyedatiwa and they gave the assurance that the APC would garner not less 99% of the votes in the unit come November 16, 2024.
The Director-General of the Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Council for Akoko South East/Akoko South West Federal Constituency and his team went round other locations where the units meetings were ongoing to deliver the message of Mr. Governor. The people were ecstatic and expressed their readiness to come out en masse on November 16 to re-elect Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.
