*RE: ON GOVERNOR BALA MOHAMMED’S LATEST TIRADE AND TRUCULENT BUFFOONERY: PRESIDENT TINUBU, PLEASE GIVE DOGARA APPOINTMENT BEFORE HE RUNS MAD.*

PRESS STATEMENT

The Concerned Zaar Intellectuals Forum is a platform comprising of likeminded intellects of the Zaar extraction who have been patriotic and greatly concerned about the development and progress of Zarland and the country at large. As kinsmen of Dogara, we have stood by him way back from 2006 when he started his campaign for the job of House of Representative of our constituency and we have been mobilizing voters and resources and supported him in all aspects. Having followed his political patterns, at this juncture we are compelled to state that we are deeply saddened and hurt by Dogaras’ inconsistencies, political prostitution and treachery and we are indeed disappointed and full of regrets to see him derail, mislead and cheat our people who made him who he is today by their sacrificial and patriotic votes.

We note with great disappointment that his pattern of political engagements thrives on fight, fight and needless, fruitless and selfish fights only against anybody that attempts to bring development and progress to our people and land. He believes that if not him, no one else should bring good things to our people, sadly so.

We however note that indeed, times are extremely hard in Nigeria today and even those who used to call themselves political king makers, particularly Hon. Yakubu Dogara has suddenly become a volunteer sycophant,  meddlesome interloper, facebook goon and is now busy twerking in the public space in such a political stunt all in a bid to get attention and appointment from His Excellency President Bola Tinubu and his FCT Minister whom he called all unprintable names in the media because he was jilted for the position of Vice President he desperately desired to become. What has suddenly changed that the Dog has happily returned to its vomit? Time, they say, is a revealer of all truths and secrets.

Our Forum have seen an undated four page epistle of jealousy, envy, pain, sorrow, bitterness and political opportunism penned down by Dogara against His Excellency Sen. Bala Muhammad (CON) the Governor of Bauchi State. It’s nothing more than a diatribe of a mendacious rabble rouser and symphony of a hungry vulture. We are compelled to respond to him and warn him that enough is enough as his kinsmen.

Clearly, one can see that Dogara has lost all grounds and grips and is now floating and being driven in all directions by the political wind of the day wherever it’s headed to. He has completely lost his bearings and sense of direction and responsibilities and in an attempt to gain some grounds and relevance, he has reduced himself into a self-made volunteer political tout, poking his nose and putting his mouth wherever he sniffs a slim chance to bounce back to the political limelight.

In his epistle of pain and sorrow, bitterness and self-destruction (we understand his severe pain and sympathize with him, sincerely), Dogara asked all the rhetorical questions that every day touts keep asking. One expected him to highlight his visible and impactful projects within his constituency after representing them for 16 uninterrupted years and becoming the Speaker. Dogara wasted his years as the Speaker compared to what Femi Gbajabiamila achieved for his constituency when he was the Speaker. Even the Former Deputy Speaker, Wase did far better than Dogara. There are no infrastructures visible in Bogoro, Dass, and TBalewa brought by Dogara in 16 years that are in use today.

It’s within public and common knowledge that Dogara padded the National Budget and when the funds were released, he diverted same to his private pocket leaving his constituents empty, stranded and backward. He has been feeding fat on the funds of his people shamelessly and today he’s pointing accusing fingers on others who are doing better than him. This is a stark hypocrisy of the kind we have not seen of a recent. If there’s anybody to be called a political vulture, opportunist and a parasite, go not beyond the Dog.

The forum is aware that Governor Bala Mohammed is the Chairman of the PDP Governors Forum and it’s within his right and mandate to call out the President and his party for multiplying hardship in the country today due to fuel subsidy removal and floatation of the naira without alternatives to make life easier for Nigerians which resulted into the recent nationwide protests. One wonders if Dogara is now in APC or he has been appointed as the spokesman of President Tinubu. Is there any political opportunism much more than this? In his speech, our Governor did not mentioned the name of Dogara, neither his political party if he has any, nor his principal or his constituency, yet he jumped up from his slumber to constitute himself into a self-made volunteer busy body looking for the attention and favor of Mr. President by attacking the Governor. Who does that if not a sycophant and an abhorrent political opportunist?

What happened to the infamous Northern Christian Politicians that Dogara grabbed the opportunity to mobilize for a while and immediately jumped the ship and started twerking for Atiku who sympathized with him and gave him a chance in his Presidential campaign council in 2023? Isn’t that an act of political opportunism? Does Dogara belong to PDP, APC, or NNPP as of today? Is he loyal to Atiku Abubakar, or to President Bola Ahmad Tinubu or to PDP or APC or to his stomach and pocket only? His recent political stunts reminds us of a bird called ” Ragon Maza” which is a bird that flies weakly from one tree to another in search of insects to devour. Dogara has been and is still jumping from one party to another and from one camp to another and from one principal to another all in search of position and relevance ever since HE Governor Kaura terminated his political ambitions and buried them alive after the 2023 General elections with his fellow band wagon of losers. It’s totally ridiculous and below expectation that Dogara will claim that Governor Kaura has built Government House for himself. Haba dai. So, the government house now belongs to Kaura and not the government of Bauchi State? Is Dogara a lawyer or a motor pack tout who doesn’t know that all Government Houses across the States are the official quarters of every sitting Governor ?

Talking about houses, we are tempted to ask, what about the house Dogara is residing in now in Abuja? Was it not built with the money belonging to the good people of Bogoro/Dass and TBalewa Federal Constituency? Or was Dogara born with a silver spoon? Where did he get the money to build that house and buy the farmland at Nasarawa state and all other properties abroad? Was it his father’s money that he used to acquire those properties? Let Dogara permit us and we will list all the properties he has acquired within and outside Nigeria with our money. It was the money meant for the development of Bogoro/Dass/T Balewa Federal constituency that he diverted and is feeding fat on it to get the strength to be blabbing. Remove Dogara from politics and he will become a non entity because as a so called lawyer, he never made any impact or imprints in the profession. We all know that Dogara is still suffering from the severe pain of the defeat he suffered in the hands of Governor Kaura in 2023 that is motivating him to take any slight chance he sees to attack the Governor. We understand the delirium and we sympathize with him greatly as since then, he has found it hard to recover from the terminal defeat.

In his epistle of bile and vile, Dogara attempted to rather soil the reputation of Mr. President by insinuating that the President influenced the Judges to favor Governor Kaura and return him to office. Imagine what a supposed trained lawyer cum okada tout is saying. Is it the President that directed the good people of Bauchi state to vote for Governor Kaura or was it the President that directed the Honorable Judges to declare Kaura as the Governor? Is Dogara now saying, Mr. President is the one directing our Honorable Judges on what judgments they should pass? This is the effect of the severe defeat Dogara has suffered from Kaura as he has lost all common sense of responsibility and bearing. “Kaura has built his Government House and President Tinubu asked Judges to favor Kaura”. Indeed, Governor Kaura has mixed and messed up Dogara beyond our imagination since 2023. We are greatly dismayed and we wish to hereby draw the line for Dogara and warn him to henceforth end all his needless, fruitless and selfish fights against people of goodwill who wish to bring developments to our land and people. We recalled with pains how Dogara mobilized hoodlums to disrupt the celebration of the foundation laying ceremony of the great Baba Gonto organized by Prof. Sulaiman Bogoro, the Father of modern zarland and the Jhendem Vari which is still fresh in our minds. The foundation was meant to be assisting our teaming students in various institutions, but out of jealousy, envy, and evil intentions Dogara kicked against it. We equally recall that he fought against His Excellency Mallam Isah Yuguda and His Excellency M.A Abubakar which needless fight cost our people unquantifiable loss of development opportunities. Sadly, he has adopted the same pattern and is now fighting against His Excellency Bala Mohammed all in a bid to ensure that the Governor turns his back against our people and deny us developmental projects.

Furthermore, the forum is aware that His Excellency has maintained a friendly approach to our people and given them various appointments in his cabinet and is equally undertaking infrastructural developments across our communities. We are also aware that our Governor is working on modalities to ensure that he actualizes the much anticipated Zaar Chiefdom and appoint a substantive Gungzaar before he leaves office. Let Dogara not put his filthy legs against it. Dogara, your lies have come to a bloody END. We hereby strongly warn him to desist from any act that will put our people against the Governor of Bauchi State led by His Excellency Bala Mohammed and all others who wish to bring development and progress to our people and land as we have had ENOUGH of the nonsense from him.

Most definitely, all reasonable people of good conscience know today that Dogara needs help and an appointment from President Tinubu and Wike to keep him busy before he runs mad and descend into the deep political abyss and that’s why he has become restless, sleepless, jittery, and has constituted himself into a volunteer political jobber and nuisance, a whole former Speaker of the Federal Republic of Nigeria now becomes a volunteer Facebook goon purportedly defending the President and Minister he hated with all his being.
