A father’s love is hard to replace,
But you’ve filled the void with a loving face,
Since my dad passed, you’ve been there for me,
A pillar of strength, a guiding decree.
With a promise made, you’ve kept your word,
Acting like a father, never to be blurred,
Your kindness, care, and gentle hand,
Have helped me heal, in this promised land.
Your leadership, wisdom, and loving ways,
Inspire me daily, come what may,
In Hon. Kolawole Babatunde, I’ve found a friend,
A father figure, till the very end.
On this Father’s Day, I celebrate you,
For being there, through thick and thin, it’s true,
May your kindness, love, and care, be blessed,
And may your legacy, forever be etched.

A father figure, in the darkest night,
