Ondo Assembly Aspirant, Akinde Latula, Mourns Otunba Bamidele Akingboye
Ondo State House of Assembly aspirant, Hon. Akinde Latula, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of business mogul and political leader, Otunba Bamidele Akingboye, fondly known as OBA.
In a heartfelt condolence message, Latula described Otunba Akingboye as a distinguished son of Ondo State whose influence extended across business, philanthropy, and politics. He noted that OBA lived a life of impact, touching many lives with his generosity, wisdom, and commitment to community development.
“Otunba Bamidele Akingboye was more than a political leader; he was a father figure, mentor, and a voice of hope for the people of Ondo State. His departure has created a vacuum that will be difficult to fill,” Latula stated.
He further prayed for the peaceful repose of Akingboye’s soul and urged the family, friends, and associates of the late philanthropist to take solace in the enduring legacies he left behind.
