The Caretaker Chairman of Obio-Akpor local government area of Rivers State, Chijioke Ihunwo has been knocked on X (formerly Twitter) for announcing the appointment of 100 special assistants to form part of his administration.
The caretaker chairman announced this in a post on his X handle, saying the appointment takes immediate effect on Wednesday.
Ihunwo is one of the caretaker chairpersons appointed by Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State amid a political crisis in the state.
But Oroma (@Omatune) wrote, “Dis you say 100 special assistants? To assist in what exactly? . When I said you look like Wike facially, I knew something funny was attached to it.”

Fubara had ensured that the former chairpersons loyal to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, did not get their tenure renewed.
