NIGERIA POLITICAL SUMMIT INITIATIVE (SOUTHWEST) HAILS PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU.
The Director General and Convener of the Nigeria Political Summit Initiative-AMB. (DR) ADEWALE ADEOGUN, on behalf of the group, the entire Yoruba ethnic nationalities and peoples from the Southwest Zone of this great country expresses profound gratitude to *His Excellency, President and Commander in Chief of Nigerian Armed Forces ‘Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR* on the historic signing of the South-West Development Commission Bill into law on the 25th of March, 2025.
Respectable Leaders in the Zone who stood by us during our SUMMITS, which took us to all the States in the Region during our advocacy for the establishment of this SWDC since 2023 are all specially appreciated.
We are especially grateful to our Royal Fathers and Political Leaders from the Southwest who afforded us tremendous support towards the achievement of this goal epitomised by Mr. President’s signing of the *SWDC* Bill.
By this golden accent, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu *GCFR* has once again been a transformative leader, demonstrated his unparalleled penchant for accelerated industrial growth, infrastructure development and socio-economic elevation in particularly in the Southwest.
*Nigeria Political Summit Initiative (South-West) is hopeful that in setting up this new Commission, President Tinubu will carefully select Nationally acknowledged Patriotic personalities from this Zone, who possess the Capacity, Capability and Cognate Experience* to stear the ship of this Commission to compliment the efforts of our Governors in delivering sustainable development to all the States in the SW region.
It is our hope that this timely action by Mr. President will catalyse and encourage the indigenes of this region to continue their support for the *Renewed Hope Agenda* of this Administration.
Once again, we give kudos to our President and the National Assembly for the significant passage and signing of the SWDC Bill.
Our SW Sociopolitical rave of the moment – *Nigeria Political Summit Initiative* looks forward to continued development, collaboration, progress, and peace in the region.
