MILLIONS OF NAIRA RAINED TODAY AT HON BANKOLE MOHAMMED 8TH DAYS FATHER’S FIDAU PRAYERS
Akoko North West witnessed a political storm on Saturday as Hon. Bankole Mohammed electrified Ogbagi Ward 6 with a jaw-dropping empowerment that saw millions of naira rain on loyal APC supporters. What was meant to be an 8th-day Fidau prayer for his late father, Chief Mohammed Obanla, transformed into a show of political strength that sent shockwaves across the local government.
In a bold declaration, Hon. Mohammed dedicated the empowerment to his Boss and Mentor, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, the Honourable Minister of Interior, a man he described as the engine room of Ondo politics and the unstoppable force driving hope across the state. The event further stamped BTO’s unmatched influence as the most formidable political structure in Akoko.
APC members, beneficiaries, and community leaders were left speechless as millions circulated within minutes a testimony that the BTO family does not forget loyalty, commitment, or sacrifices.
Hon. Musa Jimoh, APC Chairman of Ogbagi who also received one million Naira, openly praised BTO’s uncommon generosity and leadership prowess, vowing that their loyalty to the BTO dynasty would remain unwavering. He noted that no political figure in recent history has touched lives, empowered communities, or uplifted the masses like Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo.
The empowerment followed the solemn prayers held in honour of late Chief Mohammed Obanla a respected teacher, disciplinarian, and community builder whose legacy was celebrated by religious leaders. The Chief Imams of Ogbagi, Afin, and Ikare all extolled his virtues, with the Chief Imam of Ikare leading a thunderous special prayer for BTO, acknowledging his continuous support for the entire Akoko region.
Young entrepreneurs, party executives, ward leaders, and faithful APC members benefited massively, with each empowerment running into millions of naira.

Present at the event were Chief Imam of Ikare, Ogbagi, Afin, Chairman Supreme council of Islamic affairs and many Imams from Akoko and it’s environ, also present is the Executive Chairman Akoko North West Hon Esan Owolabi, The Owa of Ogbagi who was represented by his wife Olori Adetona, some political leaders Hon Toyin Alonge, Hon Helli Azeez, Hon Thalis Apalowo and party Stalwart.
