LACO AKOKO SOUTH EAST LOCAL GOVERNMENT STAKEHOLDERS MEETING HELD ON 22ND FEBRUARY 2024 IN AKURE.

The Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organization (LACO) Foot Soldiers stakeholders meeting was held yesterday in Akure.

The Director of LACO in Akoko South East, Hon Adeola Adesina popularly known as Easyway pleaded with the local government stakeholders to support our incumbent Governor and gubernatorial aspirant in the forthcoming APC primary election.

He said further that His Excellency, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa is a man of many parts, gentle, humble and loyal party man who is ready to carry every stakeholder along without discrimination and will also build on the legacy of our late governor and leader, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu who has been constantly saying it in many fora that Aiyedatiwa will take over after him.

He lauded the concerted efforts of leaders and other stakeholders who have been galvanizing supports for election bid of our amiable Governor.

While responding, Hon Agbede, the formal chairmanship and House of Assembly aspirant pleaded to people to see reasons why they need to support Aiyedatiwa and also said he can’t be having meeting, like some leaders are doing, with other aspirants since he has chosen to support Aiyedatiwa. He promised to talk with those who are still aggrieved to sheath their sword and join hands with Mr Governor and our amiable LACO Director in the local government to achieve landmark results.

While speaking for the interest of women, Mrs. Ireti Idehen, a former SA to Governor and former women leader in the local government promised to rally round support for Mr Governor election bid through women folds. She said anybody that earn support of women has emerged victoriously.

Speaking on behalf of youths, Hon Katola Kayode, a former supervisor and youth leader pledge on behalf youths to support the ambition of Mr Governor.

In unanimous response, all stakeholders concurred and agreed to support our amiable Governor ambition in becoming the next Governor of our dear sunshine state in the forthcoming APC primary election in April, hence, they unanimously endorsed Mr Governor as their sole aspirant.

While given his closing remarks the Director of LACO Foot Soldiers in Akoko South East Local Government, Hon Adeola Adesina appreciated all for their cooperation and coexistence cum unity that has been the order of the day in our dear local government.
He said the next meeting will be held in the local government with other foot soldiers of LACO in the course of time.
