It was a celebration galore last weekend when Hon Fatai Atere member representating Akoko North West constituency 1 in Ondo State House of Assembly visited all the six political wards to say thank you for the election that brought him to power March this year
During the visit, he met with party leaders in each ward before proceeding to a larger ward meeting where an empowerment was arranged tagged “MINI EMPOWERMENT” this include donation of two brand new Motorcycles, Two hundred thousand naira cheque, cash gifts ranging from 5,000 and above to some widows and aged members of the party.
This is the first time in the constituency when a member elected deem it fit to come and say thank you to the electorates and party members, he did not come for visit alone but came with series of gifts. He promised that bringing dividend of democracy to his people will be a continuous program during his time as MHA representative.

Hon Tanimola, a former SA to Governor in Ondo State who also served as Secretary to PCC in Akoko North West during the last general election shower praises on Hon Atere in his efforts to redefine Political activities of the constituency for a better future from what it use to be in the past and also he encourage their people no matter the political affliation to give maximum support to this wonderful MHA who was able to do all these in less than five months in office.
Presents at the meeting/event are The party Chairman in the LG Hon Kehinde Obanla, The Education Secretary of the LG; Hon Bankole Mohammed, Hon Ayegbusi Abacha and some prominent leaders from the ward.
