Felicitates with Muslim Ummah on Eid-el-Kabir, Calls for Increased Prayers and Sacrifices

Hon,Dr Dahiru Hammandikko, has extended his warmest felicitations to the Muslim Ummah across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir 2024. In a statement released on Sunday, Hon.Dahiru Hammandikko expressed his gratitude to Allah SWT for the opportunity to witness another important festival and urged Muslims to rededicate themselves to the service of Allah and humanity.

Hon, Dahiru Hammandikko called on Muslims to emulate the lessons of the season, which include sacrifice, piety, and service to humanity. He referenced Quran 22:37, which emphasizes that it is not the material offerings that matter, but rather the piety and good deeds that reach Allah.

As we celebrate, we must not lose sight of the lessons of the season… I urge you to rededicate yourselves to the service of Allah and seek the good of humanity and our society… It is my prayer that Allah SWT will accept our worship and reward our efforts. Eid Mubarak.”
