By a pleasant coincidence yesterday, I met Hon. Bolaji Fatai Atere, Member of the Ondo State House of Assembly representing Akoko North West Constituency I, alongside his team at the State Specialist Hospital, Ikare-Akoko, where he had come to visit a patient at the Male Ward.
What stood out remarkably during the visit was his unexpected act of kindness — Hon. Atere extended cash gifts to all other patients on admission in the ward. This thoughtful gesture was truly unprecedented and reflected his genuine compassion for the people he represents.
