Hon. Aminu Suleiman Participates in Strategic Deliberations for the Advancement of the North West Region
In a bold step towards accelerating the pace of development in Northern Nigeria, Hon. Aminu Suleiman, the National Coordinator and Founder of the Tinubu Support Organization (TSO) and a respected Member of the North West Development Commission (NWDC), actively participated in a high-level strategic meeting convened by the Commission. The meeting, which brought together the Chairman, Managing Director, and other notable Commissioners, focused on actionable strategies and collaborative frameworks aimed at transforming the socio-economic landscape of the North West region.
The deliberations, held at the Commission’s headquarters, were geared towards aligning the NWDC’s core objectives with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, a blueprint centered on rebuilding national infrastructure, improving livelihoods, and promoting inclusive governance across Nigeria.
Speaking at the session, Hon. Suleiman emphasized the urgent need for proactive intervention in key sectors such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, youth empowerment, and security—sectors which are essential to restoring the economic viability and social harmony of the North West. He reiterated his unwavering commitment to working alongside fellow Commissioners and stakeholders to ensure that federal initiatives are effectively translated into tangible benefits for communities across the region.
> “Our people deserve results, not rhetoric. The Renewed Hope Agenda is not just a slogan; it is a mandate to deliver. As a representative of the people and a son of the region, I am personally invested in seeing that this vision becomes a lived reality for every household in the North West,” Hon. Suleiman remarked.
The Commission also reviewed ongoing and proposed development projects, including rural electrification programs, road rehabilitation initiatives, women and youth skill acquisition schemes, agricultural extension services, and access-to-health interventions. Emphasis was placed on improving synergy with state governments, traditional institutions, and civil society organizations to ensure sustainability and community ownership.
Hon. Aminu Suleiman, who is widely recognized for his grassroots mobilization efforts and policy advocacy through the Tinubu Support Organization, further called for stronger accountability mechanisms, data-driven planning, and regular stakeholder engagement as essential tools for driving impactful governance.
As the North West Development Commission continues to unfold its strategic roadmap, stakeholders remain optimistic that with visionary leaders like Hon. Suleiman at the helm of planning and execution, the region is poised for a new era of transformation, economic resurgence, and hope rekindled.
