Governor Suspends Official Over Alleged Infractions
Senator Monday Okpebholo has suspended Dr. Caulson Osoikhia Oahimire, the Executive Secretary of the Edo State Primary Healthcare Development Agency, over allegations of financial and official misconduct.
Apart from Dr. Oahimire, other officials in Edo State have faced suspension under Okpebholo’s administration, including:
Samson Osage, the State Attorney General (previously suspended over corruption allegations but later reinstated).
Damian Lawani, Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission.
Kelly Okungbowa, Head of the Public Safety Response Team.
Friday Ibadin, Commander of the State Security Corps.
Ahmed Momoh, CEO of FEWMA.
