Governor Aiyedatiwa Applauded by Ikale North LCDA Chairman for Empowering Grassroots Leadership
The Chairman of Ikale North Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Kowe Odunayo Amos, is currently participating in a four-day capacity-building workshop organised by the Ondo State Government. The workshop, which is being held at Dome, Akure, focuses on Economic and Financial Administration of Local Councils in Nigeria.
This crucial workshop is designed to enhance the capacity of local government administrators in financial planning, budgeting, fiscal discipline, accountability, and transparent economic management. It brings together chairmen of LCDAs and LGAs, council treasurers and other key stakeholders involved in grassroots governance across the state.
Special appreciation is extended to the Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency Lucky Aiyedatiwa, for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to strengthening local governance. By initiating this impactful workshop, the Governor has demonstrated foresight in equipping local council leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective service delivery and prudent financial management.
