In fulfillment of his promise to reach out to Vulnerable households across the state with palliative to cushion the effect of subsidy removal, Governor Zulum flagged off the distribution of palliatives in Maiduguri Metropolitan Council and Jere Local Government.

The Governor Acknowledged the received From President Bola Ahmed Tinubu 5 Trucks of Rice

Each ward of the LGAs will receive 2000 bags of 50kg of rice 2000 10kg of rice and Beans.

The Palliative is a collaborative effort of the Federal Government and the Borno State Government

The Governor pleadged to ensure rightful households benefit from the scheme

He appreciated President Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima for the Gesture

Called on the people of the state to stay calm as the state Government is up and doing to cushion their sufferings.  SIGNED HON UMARU BAKO
