Edo Election : Emerging Leaders congratulates Senator Monday Okpebhole on his victory

Emerging Leaders Forum of Nigeria, ELFON has congratulated her Edo state Patron, Senator Monday Okpebholo on his resounding victory and emergence as Edo state Governor-elect.
