Akorede* felicitates with Christians, urges hope, resilience amidst economic blows.
A Chieftain of All Progressives Congress in Kwara State, *Comrade Ahmed Kola Akorede* has enjoined Christians to reflect on the lessons of Easter celebration, urged them to have hope amidst the economic gales.
The Offa Kwara born APC Stalwart in his Easter message in commemoration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is the certification of the Easter season, relayed: “I heartily felicitate with our Christian faithful as we commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ”.
Easter is a time for reflection, love, sacrifice and renewal of hope. I urge the Christian Faithful to use the grace of the season to reflect on the lessons and purpose of the celebration and awaken the resolve towards achieving a prosperous and loveable society.
The Christian faithful should use the period of the celebration to seek the mercy of Almighty God, share love with neighbours and work towards a peaceful and progressive nation.
