DIARY OF ALMAKURA’S ENGAGEMENTS FOR TODAY
His Excellency, Dist. Sen. Umaru Tanko Almakura (Sardaunan Gwandara) earlier this morning, received the people of Ungwar Magajin Malam of Lafia who came on thank you visit to him over the recent appointment of one of their illustrious sons, Dr. Usman Iskilu Saleh who was appointed as Executive Secretary of Nasarawa State Primary Health Care Development Agency.
In the same vein, Almakura paid host to Hon. Haliru Alhaji Arabo and his entourage who were on thank you visit over his emergence as APC consensus candidate for the Chairmanship of Lafia Local Government Area in the forthcoming Local Government Council Election in Nasarawa State.
Away from the visits, His Excellency was at Emir’s Palace Lafia where he attended the wedding Fatiha of the son of Amb. Abdullahi Bage, former Nigerian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
