The appointments/nomination of Hon. Bunmi Tunji Ojo, Ayodele Olawande as Ministers of Federal Republic of Nigeria and that of Hon. Sunday Abegunde, Hon. Otito Atikase and Mrs. Yejide Ogundipe as Executive Director, Commissioner and Senior Special Assistance by the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is a pointer to his renew hope agenda which is well articulated in the interest of all to better reposition our beloved Nigeria in the committee of nations.

This reaffirms our national leader and President’s deep affection for our beloved state, demonstrating his commitment to keeping his promises. We must never take these remarkable appointments for granted.

These developments represent a historic milestone for Ondo State, as it marks the first time in our history that we have seen the simultaneous appointment of two Ministers and numerous other significant political roles within our state. I am confident that more of such appointments are on the horizon.

The President has undertaken a meticulous selection process to assemble a team of individuals distinguished by their exceptional skill, unwavering dedication, and outstanding qualifications. These carefully chosen men and women possess the caliber and mettle required to collaborate tirelessly with the President, collectively steering the nation towards rapid progress in a remarkably brief span of time.

We hold no doubt that Hon. Bunmi Tunji Ojo, Mr. Ayo Olawande, and our other appointees are fully prepared for the national responsibilities that lie ahead. They will undoubtedly prove to be exceptional ambassadors for Ondo State.
