A prominent community leader and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Chief Lawrence Adenugba, has commended Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for approving the construction of hundreds of kilometres of roads across the state, describing the move as a bold step towards transforming Ondo’s infrastructure landscape.
Chief Adenugba, while speaking with our heritage reporter online in Akure, said the governor’s latest approval demonstrates his genuine commitment to the welfare of the people and the economic growth of the state.
He noted that under Governor Aiyedatiwa’s administration, Ondo State has witnessed a steady rise in infrastructural renewal, ranging from road rehabilitation and construction to investments in education, healthcare, and agriculture.
He further emphasized that what the state is experiencing under Aiyedatiwa’s leadership is the peak of infrastructural development, with new and durable projects that will stand as legacies for future generations.
The APC chieftain also lauded the governor’s inclusive approach to governance, saying the distribution of projects reflects fairness, equity, and sensitivity to the needs of all regions in the state.
