“Chairman’s Emotional Appeal to Ogbagi Akoko Youths”
The Executive Chairman of Akoko North West Local Government, Honorable Esan Owolabi, met with the youths of Ogbagi Akoko who were protesting the deplorable state of their road. The Chairman listened attentively to their grievances and acknowledged the legitimacy of their concerns.
“I understand your frustration and anger,” he said. “The state of our road is unacceptable, and I assure you that we are committed to finding a solution.”
The Chairman outlined the steps taken to address the issue and promised to continue advocating for increased funding for road infrastructure development.
“I want to assure you that we are not just sympathetic to your plight, but we are also committed to working with you,” he said. “We will do everything possible to make our roads safe.”
The youths appreciated the Chairman’s gesture and agreed to suspend their protest. Stakeholders are hopeful that a lasting solution will be found soon.
