Elder Dr. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, JP, the Executive Governor of Delta State, as he marks his 62nd birthday on June 19. As the Asiwaju of Uvwie Kingdom and Director of Corporate Services at the Nigeria Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB), I, Hon. Engr. Henry Baro, am honoured to pay tribute to this dynamic, workaholic, and visionary leader.
Within just two years in office, Governor Oborevwori has demonstrated exceptional leadership, driving transformative changes that reflect his high taste and commitment to excellence.
