Bauchi, Nigeria 17th June 2025 In a landmark move to bridge Nigeria’s skills gap in the energy sector, ASOF Energy and Power Solutions Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bauchi Oil and Gas Academy (BOGA) This strategic collaboration will deliver industry-driven technical training programs to equip youths in Bauchi State, the Northeast, and beyond with skills for sustainable employment and entrepreneurship.
The MoU was formally signed by Dr. Ahmed Yaro Rector of BOGA, and Mr. Titus Kyautah Managing Director of ASOF Energy, in a ceremony witnessed by key stakeholders, including Prof. Simon Yalams Madugu Adviser to the Bauchi State Government on Technical and vocational education
Prof. Madugu commended the initiative stating:
