Acceptance Speech by the Executive Chairman Elect of Akoko South East Local Government.
Dear esteemed APC Political leaders, respected stakeholders, and fellow citizens of Akoko South East Local Government.
I am deeply humbled and honored to stand before you today, accepting my Mandate as the Executive Chairman elect of the Akoko South East Local Government.
I express my sincere gratitude to God, my Family, my team, the authorities and the good People of AKSE who have entrusted me with this critical responsibility. Your confidence in me is a testament to your belief in my abilities, and I promise to work tirelessly to justify this trust and Mandate.
We are grateful to His Excellency, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, the Executive Governor of Ondo State for entrusting us with the noble task of restoring the dividends of democracy to our grassroots citizens. This mandate is a sacred trust, and we pledge to honor it with unwavering dedication.
We recognize that true development and progress must resonate with the needs and aspirations of our People at the grassroots. We will work tirelessly to ensure that our Policies, Programs, and Projects align with their Priorities, Providing tangible benefits and improving their quality of life.
Thank you, Mr. Governor, for this opportunity to serve. We will not disappoint the good People of AKSELG
To my fellow Hon. councillors, I look forward to collaborating with you to ensure a seamless tenure and drive Progress in our beloved local Government.
We recognize that our Party’s strength lies in our unity and diversity. As your Executive Chairman elect, I pledge to run an inclusive Government that listens to and addresses the concerns of all party members and good People of Akoko South East.
We will extend a hand of fellowship to our aggrieved members, engage in constructive dialogue, and work tirelessly to resolve all disputes. Our goal is to reunite our party family, stronger and more united than ever.
Together, we will build a formidable common front for the Akoko South East Local Government, harnessing our collective energy and expertise to secure or to dispense a good dividends of democracy for our great people.
Let us embrace this new chapter with hope, optimism, and a shared commitment to our party’s prosperity.
