APC appoints Ayoola Olajolo as director of administration
The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has approved the appointment of Mr. Ayoola Olajolo as the Party’s new Director of Administration at its National Secretariat in Abuja.
Olajolo, a legal practitioner and seasoned public administrator, brings with him more than two decades of experience in law, grassroots politics, and public service.
A native of Ile-Ife in Osun State, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. His career in public service began much earlier, however, when he served as Secretary of Ife Central Local Government from 1999 to 2003, before later being elected Chairman of the same council. These roles, according to the APC, provided him with valuable governance and administrative experience at the grassroots level.
Olajolo later joined the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), where he rose to the position of Assistant Chief Legal Officer. At NASRDA, he was responsible for managing complex administrative and legal processes, earning a reputation for competence, diligence, and integrity.
As the new Director of Administration, Olajolo will oversee the day-to-day running of the APC National Secretariat, including human resource management, operational efficiency, and the coordination of party programmes and activities.
In a statement signed by APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka (CON), the Party congratulated Olajolo on his appointment, expressing confidence that his experience and skills will strengthen the administrative backbone of the APC.
