TikToker Peller apologises for past behaviour, promises to improve
Popular TikTok streamer, Hamzat Habeeb popularly known as Peller, has publicly apologised to his fans, admitting that his online antics sometimes get misunderstood and promising to be on his best behaviour going forward.
The entertainer took to his Instagram story on Monday to address the backlash he has faced in recent months, acknowledging that his social media persona often differs from who he is in real life.
“If you know I have offended you before, please forgive me. I promise to be on my best behaviour this time.
“Anyone of you who put me in mind, please forgive me. I promise to make things right this time,” he wrote.
Peller further appealed for empathy from his followers, stressing that his online persona should not always be taken at face value

“I don’t mean most things I do online. I am more than a good boy in reality. You guys should handle me with care,” he added.
The apology follows a string of controversies that have kept him in the spotlight.
He was previously linked to false rumours of a kidnapping, which quickly went viral before being debunked, and he has also been criticised over his attitude on his TikTok live.
While Peller did not directly mention these incidents, his statement appears to be an attempt to repair his image especially from conversations around his behaviour towards his TikTok partner, Jarvis.
