As we embrace the beginning of a new month, I extend my sincere wishes of peace, progress, and prosperity to the good people of Adamawa, Taraba, Gombe, Bauchi States, and indeed all Nigerians.
Each new month is a divine opportunity to recommit ourselves to the path of productivity, unity, and national development. In the agricultural sector, particularly within the Upper Benue River Basin, this is a season of renewed dedication to food security, sustainable farming practices, and rural empowerment.
At the Upper Benue River Basin Development Authority, we continue to push forward with strategic agricultural programs, irrigation projects, and support for farmers and cooperatives across our service states. Our goal remains simple but urgent: to make agriculture not just a means of survival, but a powerful tool for wealth creation and national transformation.
As the rains fall and the soil yields its increase, let us work hand in hand — government, communities, and stakeholders — to cultivate a future of abundance and shared success.
