BREAKING: JAMB announces results of 2025 UTME resit exam
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) rescheduled for candidates who experienced technical issues during the initial exam.
According to JAMB, a total of 336,845 candidates were rescheduled to retake the examination, though 21,082 of them failed to show up. The board did not provide an explanation for the large number of absentees.
The announcement was made on Sunday morning in a statement issued by Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor.
He noted that the rescheduled exercise only included candidates whose earlier exam sessions were disrupted and those whose verification processes were previously incomplete.
