Eid-Al-Fitr: Amb. Akintayo Felicitates Muslims, Harps on Continuous Giving

As Muslims across the world celebrate Eid-al-Fitr, Ambassador Akintunde Akintayo, the founder of the Akin Akintayo Foundation, has extended his warmest greetings to the Muslim faithful, congratulating them on the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan. He described Ramadan as a period of deep reflection, sacrifice, and spiritual renewal, urging Muslims to carry forward the lessons learned during the holy month.

Speaking on behalf of the Akin Akintayo Foundation, Amb. Akintayo emphasized the values of compassion, love, and selflessness, which are the essence of Ramadan. He encouraged Muslims to sustain the act of giving, kindness, and supporting the less privileged, even beyond the fasting period. In his message, he stated, “From our hearts to yours, Eid Mubarak! May your days be filled with peace and happiness.”

Amb. Akintayo further called on the Muslim community to uphold the spirit of unity and tolerance, stressing that the bonds of brotherhood and harmony should remain strong beyond the Eid celebration. He highlighted the importance of using this period to pray for peace, progress, and prosperity in Nigeria, noting that collective prayers and good deeds play a significant role in nation-building.

He also reaffirmed the commitment of the Akin Akintayo Foundation to humanitarian causes, pledging continued support for initiatives that uplift communities and empower the less privileged. He wished all Muslims a joyous Eid celebration filled with love, blessings, and fulfillment.
