COP28*: *Ahead of the official opening of COP28 Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation Nigeria Dr Betta Edu meets with Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister Of Tolerance of the United Arab Emirates in the Palace at Abu Dhabi, UAE. Sheikh Al Nahyan who is an Emirati royal and politician, previously served as the minister of culture and the minister of higher education. Brother to President Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
