Ali A Aliu has praised Appeal Court ruling favouring the party.

He said the verdicts have rekindled the confidence that the judiciary is still the hope of the common man.

The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja on Friday upheld the decision of the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal that declared Nasiru Gawuna of the APC winner of the March 18, 2023 election.

The verdict came barely 48 hours after the court declared the governorship election of Zamfara State inconclusive and ordered a rerun in three local government areas of the state.
