BRIEF PROFILE OF MRS OLAJUMOKE ANIFOWOSHE (NÉE AJASIN). Mrs Olajumoke Anifowoshe (Nee Ajasin). graduated from the university of Ife ,-Ife in 1974 and she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1975. She is a Notary public and Associate member of the chartered institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) Accredited mediators and a certified cyber law practitioner. She worked briefly with the federal ministry of justice as a state counsel and a private law firm S.P.A Ajibade & co at Ibadan. She opened her own law firm in 1981 and has since been practising under the name Olajumoke Anifowose & Co, Ajasin chambers . She served as the Attorney-General and commissioner for justice in Ondo State, served as chairman, university of ilorin teaching hospital management board and Abuja infrastructure and investment center. Mrs Anifowose is a life member of international federation of women lawyers and a past National Secretary of same. Also , she is a life member of YWCA and a past secretary and Vice – chairman in her church Archbishop vining Memorial church (AVMCC) , Lagos she was conferred with the title of Ezinne Deborah at St. James Anglican Church , her neighborhood church at ikeja she is the Matron of the Girls Guild of Owo Anglican Diocese as well as the youth Association of Micheal Adekunle Ajasin Memorial Anglican Church (MAAMAC) Owo she is a synod delegate as well as Bishop’s nominees to the synod. Currently she is the chairman of Caleb Project- a project looking to raise one billion naria for the progress and development of Owo Anglican Diocese. Mrs .Anifowoshe has been politically active both locally in her home state, Ondo state and nationally in Nigeria. She was the first woman state chairman of a major political party in Nigeria- Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN).
