President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the sum of 35,000 as a wage grant to all Federal civil servants effective from 1 September 2023.

Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume and a Don, Prof. Ezekiel Willams, have said that a proper taxation system will end the borrowing of loans by the Federal Government to fund projects.
