1. Economic Growth:is a actions of the government and the community to implement economic policies

2. Education: mandating parent to register their for Improving educational access and vocational training .

3. Healthcare: Ensuring that quality healthcare is accessible through proper community agrmemt .

4. Infrastructure: community must ensure protection infrastructure support economic activity

5. Election sensitization : community leaders, religious organization, private individuals and parents must preach proper election credibility and say no to election violence.

Hon Emmanuel ofobutu a community political elite suggest that our national anthem and values can only be protected by parent and government.
He suggested that the government should build more on the standard of education by invocation of national values to school curriculum.

As regard the youth sector, the Ibulesoro community youth leader Mr Olubudun Adeleke states that Ibulesoro youth are well educated and law abiding citizens. He also seek more meaningful collaboration between Ibulesoro youth NOA officer ifedore local govt area.
