You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you. True power is sitting back and observing things with logic. If words control you that means everyone else can control you. Breathe and allow things to pass.

And as we go to God Almighty in total humility this day we pray that Almighty God will answer all our supplications and make us a channel of blessing to our families, friends and anyone one that would come our way.
