Everyone has a unique mixture of genetic physical & mental attributes, plus a unique combination of life experiences, attitudes, knowledge, and preferences.
The purpose of society is to serve the needs of the individuals who are its members. When people find out that they are unable to pursue their own values, or even when their lives are threatened by the social structure of the society they live in, they withdraw their efforts or even leave the society. Individual’s self-interest is actually the glue that holds a society together. If you take that away by making society more important than the individual, society actually falls apart.
In view of this, I would like to submit here that the only individual who is smart, unique, influential, and leading other aspirants on the platform of APC for the Edo 2024 gubernatorial election is Engr. (Hon.) Gideon Obhakhan, whose motivation is to serve Edolites and make Edo state great again.
Kindly nominate and give him a chance to prove to all that a new Edo is possible.
