We, the concerned citizens of Bauchi State, write to seek clarification on the utilization of the funds and resources recently allocated to our state by the Federal Government. We understand that a total of N570 billion was distributed among the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, including a specific allocation of N5 billion to each state to mitigate the effects of the fuel subsidy removal. Additionally, 20 trucks of rice and 70 trucks of fertilizer were reportedly distributed to assist the states, with the fertilizer particularly intended for agrarian states.
In the spirit of transparency and accountability, we respectfully request that the Bauchi State Government provide detailed explanations on the following:

3. We ask for a breakdown of how the funds received by Bauchi State have been allocated and used. What specific projects or programs have been funded through these allocations? Are there tangible outcomes or completed projects tied to these funds that the public can observe?
3. Rice and Fertilizer Distribution: We seek confirmation on whether Bauchi State received its 20 trucks of rice and 70 trucks of fertilizer as announced by the Federal Government. If so, when and how were these resources distributed among the people? We request a detailed explanation and timeline of the distribution process, including video evidence, similar to what was provided by other states like Yobe and Borno.
4. Transparency and Public Accountability: In line with the principles of good governance, we ask that the state government provides transparent and verifiable information to the public. The citizens of Bauchi State have the right to know how these federal interventions are being managed and distributed to benefit the community.
