With a heavy heart and total rude awakening, I regret to announce the sudden transition of one time Military Administrator of Benue State, the illustrious son of Ikaram, who was one of the Awardees at the last Ikaram Image Award 2023, Group Captain (rtd) Joshua Obademi.
I had made efforts to reach out to him for a possible visit on Sunday morning, but the wife answered the phone and said, “Your brother passed away yesterday.” I was totally surprised and saddened, especially knowing fully well that he was doing well health wise. We will communicate details of the final burial at a later date.
