ONDO STATE APC GUBER: FORMER COUNCIL SECRETARY FELICITATES WITH GOVERNOR AIYEDATIWA OVER HIS VICTORY.
A Former Council Secretary of Akoko South East Local Government Area, Hon. Adeola Henry Adegboro, has congratulated Ondo state Governor. Hon. Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa over his victory in the just concluded APC Gubernatorial primaries.
Adeola Adegboro whom in a congratulatory message sent to our correspondent in Akure, the Ondo State Capital equally commended His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for allowing a level playing ground for all aspirants. He also hailed the National Working Committee of the APC and the electoral committee of the primaries headed by Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Governor of Kogi State for delivering a poll in a most tranquil manner devoid of rancour and blood shed.
He noted that the emergence of Ayedatiwa is an attestation of the Divine Grace of God upon his life following the monumental challenges he went through in the wake of his ascension to being the Executive Governor of the State after the demise of his predecessor. He also attributed his victory at the shadow polls to the monumental strides he has made within a very short time in office thus far.
“I want to felicitate with His Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa, the Governor of our Sunshine State on his victory as the flag bearer of our great party. We are all aware of the bottlenecks and challenges our amiable Governor went through to be where he is today. Our Governor is indeed a child of destiny as the Divine Grace of God indeed abounds for him.”
“The Governor within a short time in office has made genuine efforts in reconciling party members whom have felt alienated in the past. He has also embarked on many laudable projects bringing about developmental strides in our dear Sunshine State thus it’s only fair he has the party ticket to contest at the general election in November.”
Adegboro whom has also served as a Former Special Assistant to the Governor believes Ayedatiwa will extend hands of collaboration to other governorship aspirants so as to deliver the party at the forthcoming November 16 governorship election in Ondo State and therefore urges the other aspirants to accept the gesture from the Governor.
“The primary election is now behind us, I believe the Governor will extend hands of fellowship to the other gubernatorial aspirants. I therefore urge the other aspirants to see the guber primaries as a family affair and therefore support his Excellency in order to defeat the opposition in the forthcoming election”
