UK Trained SAN has slammed BBC NEWS WORLD, demanding immediate retraction of their false News Publication and defamation of character against Dr Betta Edu within the Next 48hours or pay $50m for libel. The legal letter which was delivered to BBC News World at their London and Abuja offices yesterday, demands a retraction of their false statement and news headline , where they lied that $24m (30Billion Naira) was traced to Dr Betta Edu during the EFCC investigation in Nigeria. They are to pay $50m for image defamation, slander and libel if not retracted with a public apology within the next 48hours.
