I have come across different Caliber of Personalities in my life but Meeting and Working with His Excellency, Prof Babagana Zulum CON, MNI, FNSE is a different Scenario all together, for his exceptional skills of mentorship is incomparable in all my Working Experience, Prof . Zulum had picked uncountable numbers of Youths and Women in Borno State and transform them into technocrats , professionals and experts in different fields, Many other youths and women that were Vulnerable were given hope and empowered by Prof. Zulum , many Youths today in Borno State can be recognized among their Peers all over Nigeria

If there is history to be remembered and to celebrate towards positive legacy then I will not be proud to tell the next generation that Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum CON, MNI, FNSE, the Executive Governor Borno state Governor is Worthy of Celebrating and emulating.

Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum is an Excellent Boss, Leader and Mentor his encouragements , motivation and Mentorship is worthy to be adored.

Prof. Zulum is one of the best Politicians, Leader and Democrat today in Nigeria, he is indeed on of the best among others when its comes to service to humanity, Prof. Zulum had Sacrifice so many things just to see that our youths/women are being recognize among their peers.

You are the reason many Youths/ Women can now go to school and get educated, Your kinetic approach grossly incapacitated Boko haram, You are the reason many IDPs were resettled and accommodated, you are the reason many families, women/ youths can now feed appropriately, You are the reason the Hope of the People of Borno State is Rekindle, you are indeed the hero of democracy and development in Borno State

Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum’s efforts towards the Recovery, Progress, Growth and Development of Borno state has been noticed, recognized, celebrated and awarded in Nigeria and Internationally

May Almighty Allah Continue to Bless , Guide , Protect, Uplift and Reward His Excellency Prof Babagana Umara Zulum for his selfless service to humanity in our dear State and Nigeria as a Whole.
