CDCFIB Announces Physical Screening for Shortlisted Candidates
The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has confirmed that the next stage of its ongoing recruitment exercise will involve physical screening and document verification for shortlisted candidates.
According to a statement released on Wednesday by the Board’s Secretary, Maj Gen (Rtd) AM Jibril, applicants who performed well in previous stages are advised to visit the official recruitment portal at recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng from Monday, 1st December to Wednesday, 3rd December 2025 to select their preferred screening venue and date.

The Board emphasised that all official communication regarding the next phase will be conducted solely through the portal, warning applicants to disregard messages sent via email or other channels.
“The screening exercise will hold from Monday 8th to Friday 12th December 2025 across the 36 states and the FCT,” the statement added.
Maj Gen Jibril congratulated successful applicants, reiterating that the selection process was conducted in line with the Federal Character principle and the needs of each service.
The recruitment exercise covers the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).
