As mobilization and preparation efforts for the re-election of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu proceed, the Asiwaju Mandate Group (AMG) women’s wing convened its inaugural meeting with leaders from across Owo Local Government. The gathering was attended by women leaders, members, and party officials, all united in their commitment to support the continuation of Asiwaju’s administration beyond 2027.
Wards and local government women coordinators participated in the meeting, which served as a platform for progressives to discuss strategies, plans, and ideas aimed at ensuring a successful 2027 election for our presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The assembly also expressed unanimous recognition of the remarkable achievements and outstanding performance of Hon. Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji Ojo.
Several leaders were invited to address the audience, with Hon. Jimoh Akeem (Humility) serving as the program’s anchor. He commended the dedication of Minister Tunji Ojo, highlighting his impactful legacy projects at the Ministry of Interior and his contributions to Ondo State and Owo Local Government, benefiting local communities.
He also praised President Tinubu for his courage and determination in addressing insecurity, assuring the gathering that the administration is fully committed to eradicating this menace and fostering sustainable peace nationwide.
Hon. Chief Omosanya was warmly welcomed with a standing ovation. The elder statesman delivered an energetic speech emphasizing loyalty and commitment to Asiwaju’s re-election. He expressed appreciation for Hon. Olubunmi Tunji Ojo’s relentless efforts in strengthening the Ministry of Interior and supporting the administration’s goals.
He urged all women present to remain resolute in mobilizing support for the administration’s continuity, emphasizing that their efforts are crucial to sustaining this progress.
Hon. Fatai Lawal praised Asiwaju Tinubu and Minister BTO, acknowledging Tinubu as a dedicated leader and father of the nation. He called on everyone to share the message within their households and communities, fostering growth for AMG in Owo, Ondo State, and across Nigeria.
He also highlighted that Hon. Minister is regarded as a son-in-law in Owo, urging collective support for Tinubu’s re-election.
Finally, Hon. Yunisa Adeola closed the meeting with a message of hope and optimism, encouraging all members and leaders of AMG to intensify their efforts in mobilizing additional supporters.
