Prof Simidele Odimayo, the Special Adviser on Health to Ondo State Governor has expressed his heartfelt appreciations to the Executive Governor of Ondo state, Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for his commitment to growing the state’s health sector, evidenced in the just concluded distribution of 10,000 kits to nurses and midwives.
The professor of microbial pathology described the remarkable initiative of the first lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu as a deliberate effort towards eradicating HIV/AIDS, HEPATITIS among other health issues particularly at underserved areas.
Facilitating the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) health program, South West zone to Ondo state testament to the commitment of Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa in ensuring a total eradication of the menace of HIV, Hepatitis, it is truly commendable, Prof Odimayo noted.
He also extended his sincere gratitude to all the stakeholders in the sector for their tireless efforts and unmatchable determination in ensuring the success of this program. Your dedication to advancing the healthcare delivery in the state has given us renewed hope and motivation to pursue our dreams without fear of sabotage.
However, I want to specially thank my sister and colleague in the state cabinet, Ondo state beautiful, resilient and hardworking Special Adviser on women affairs to the Governor, Dr Seun Osamaye for her relentless commitment to make this program a success. The energy at which she moves really speaks of her undying love for unity for the purpose of actualizing the vision (OUR EASE) of Mr Governor for our dear sunshine state.
Let me conclude this note by once again appreciates the efforts of the first lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu for her kind gesture. “Your efforts are shaping a better future for us all, and we pray for your continued success and strength in this noble mission.”
